Dale Shock
Dale L. Shock, 70, of Delphos, died at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 3, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Nov. 12, 1936, in Rockford, to Clarence and Cecile Wilson Shock.
Survivors are a son, Ryan Shock, Delphos; a stepson, Chad (Tara) Eickholt, Ottoville; a stepdaughter, Dawn (Stan) Mansfield, Ottoville; three sisters, Dorothy (George) Hone, St. Marys, Ruth Shinaberry, Mercer, and Fae (Jim) Heard, of Georgia; and two stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Harold "Bud;" a sister, Bernice Roth; and a stepgranddaughter.
He retired from International Harvester. He was a member of St. John the Evengelist Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries 471, both of Delphos.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. George Maramkandom officiating. Burial with a graveside military service is 2 p.m. Tuesday at Resurrection Cemetery, Delphos.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home, Delphos, where a special wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
