VAN WERT - Vantage Career Center has weathered two levy defeats in the past five months and voters will likely see another attempt at the polls in November.

The local health board is proposing a 25 percent increase in certain fees to pay for a new staff position.

The extra funds generated will allow the Mercer County-Celina City Health Department to pay for one "badly needed full-time clerical position," says department Administrator Dale Palmer.

MINSTER - A new feature is brewing for this year's Bock and Rock - A Beer Tasting Experience.
