Mary Mowrey
Mary B. Mowrey, 92, formerly of Tipp City, died Dec. 4, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Sept. 8, 1919, in New Weston, to Joseph and Johanna Borgerding Hemmelgarn. She was married to John Mowrey, who is deceased.
Surviving are a brother, Dave (Anita) Hemmelgarn, St. Henry; and a sister, Salome (Leo) Streaker, Englewood.
Also deceased are four brothers, Ray, Mark, Joe and Vince Hemmelgarn and a sister, Luella Boeke.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Tipp City, and a member of various programs at the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Mark Sherlock officiating. Burial will follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Cranberry Prairie.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
Contributions may be made to the Activity Fund, Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
