Local physician, Dr. Thomas Santanello, was arrested on Sept. 27 by the Mercer County Sheriff's Department and charged with 214 felony offenses. Santanello is escorted from the Mercer County Jail to the Mercer County Courthouse for a bond hearing/arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty and was released after posting a $200,000 bond.
