| Mercer County Commissioner Tom Gagel reads the historical marker commemorating St. Clair's defeat and Wayne's victory that was placed in Fort Recovery on Saturday. The marker is one of several signs being placed throughout the state by the Ohio Bicenntenial Commission. The two-sided sign will be erected on Wayne Street in Fort Recovery when the weather permits. | ||
