| Trooper John Westerfield was honored recently as Trooper of the Year for both the Wapakoneta post and the 5th District of the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP). Due to the district award, Westerfield was issued one of the new all-white 2003 Crown Victorias, which are replacing the OSHP's traditional charcoal grey vehicles. | ||
