| Water flows over the top of the West Bank spillway on Grand Lake St. Marys just south of Celina. Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Assistant Manager Brian Miller this morning said the lake's level was about one inch above normal. Warmer temperatures have caused the recently-frozen lake to break up and melt. | ||
