| Oil paintings by artist Ralph Stachler of St. Henry are now on display at the Richardson-Bretz Memorial Building, 119 W. Market St., Celina. Stachler, who has been painting for 30 years, says he likes to see things through the eyes of a child and tries to incorporate color, fantasy, reality and tranquility into each work. Stachler is the featured artist for the monthly display put up at the building by the West Central Ohio Art League &emdash; a Celina based group of local artists and art lovers. Each month a different artist is featured. The display is in the lobby of the building and is open to the public during regular business hours through April 4. | ||
