This Scout seaplane touched down on Grand Lake St. Marys on Tuesday evening looking to get refueled at Kozy Marina at Northmoor Landing along Ohio 703 in Celina. The pilot, Bob Reichel of Minnesota, decided to dock the aircraft instead of leaving this morning as planned, after thunderstorms were predicted in the area today. |
