Theresa Jutte, owner of Roger's Flowers & Gifts in Coldwater, works on a Mother's Day bouquet in the midst of several dozen red roses on Saturday. More than 600 dozen roses were shipped to the store and then were sold as a fund-raiser on Sunday at churches throughout the Grand Lake St. Marys area. The fund-raiser is organized by the local Right to Life (RTL) organization. It was initiated in 1978 by the local Nurses For Life group and was taken over by the RTL in 1990. |
