| A mini van goes through high water at the intersection of Wayne and Walnut streets in Celina on Wednesday afternoon after a heavy, quick rain seemed to dump buckets of water on the area. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick reported 2.1 inches of rain in the Celina area. Residents from Fort Recovery to Rockford reported around 2 inches of rain, with some areas of Van Wert County getting up to 6 inches. |
