| Workers are silhouetted as they set up a tent along Lake Shore Drive on Thursday for this weekend’s 2003 Governor’s Cup Regatta. Sixty teams from the eastern United States and Canada will race hydroplane boats on the west end of Grand Lake St. Marys beginning with hot laps at 9 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Heat racing will start at noon both days. Admission is free and food, beverages and amusement rides will be available. The Free Rider band will entertain at 7 p.m. on Saturday. |
