| Leadership Mercer County is a committee of the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. The leadership class of 2002-2003 held its graduation banquet at Romer’s Catering Facility in the Galleria. Speakers were Mercer County Probate Judge Mary Pat Zitter, Betty Dubry, adult leadership participant and Sharon LaRue, chamber leadership facilitator. In the back row from left are Vicki Sutter and Diane Link, City of Celina; Terry Brandon, Mercer Residential Services; Julie Vogel, City of Celina; Beth Shaffner, Mercer County Clerk of Courts; Tim Cromer, Fort Recovery Industries; Angie Fair, Mercer County Clerk of Courts, and Betty DuBry, Owen Hall Realtors.
