| Westlake Villas and Luxury Apartments recently joined the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. Located on the shoreline of Grand Lake St. Marys, the 17-acre site is comprised of 72 lakefront apartment units, 56 rental villas, a 475-person banquet facility, two swimming pools, 64 boat docks and a children's play area.
