A former St. Marys man has been indicted in Auglaize County for sexually molesting and raping a 9-year-old St. Marys girl.
Benjamin L. Watkins, 25, 1254 Hughes St., Fostoria, is being held in the Auglaize County Jail on a $500,000 bond. A pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 29 and a jury trial slated for Oct. 14.
Watkins was indicted for gross sexual imposition and three counts of rape stemming from incidents allegedly occurring in rural St. Marys between April 16, 1992, and June 15 of this year.
