| The week of Sept. 15-19 has been designated HOSTS (Help One Student To Succeed) week in Celina by Mayor Paul Arnold. HOSTS is a mentoring literacy program, and anyone interested in participating can call Rachel Schleucher, HOSTS coordinator, at 419-586-8300, ext. 1551.
