| Celina Mayor Paul Arnold provided council members with this rendition of the proposed boardwalk project for West Bank Road that is being submitted to state officials. It shows a new 12-foot wide concrete walkway constructed on the lakeshore. In the plan, the existing walkway along West Bank Road will remain and a wide grassy area will be added, followed by the new walkway with boat docks. |
