The brother of “America’s Most Wanted” fugitive Jerome Bargo was captured without incident Tuesday evening in Huber Heights and is expected back in Mercer County soon to face charges of obstructing justice.
James F. Bargo, 50, of the Springfield area, was arrested by Huber Heights police officers following a tip on his location at 8 p.m. Tuesday. His arrest comes less than three days after his fugitive brother was apprehended at a bar in Celina.
