| The 7-foot fiberglass rooster, a landmark since the 1970s, has returned to his perch at the farm of Earl and Ruth Heyne along U.S. 127, south of Celina. In April 2001, pranksters pulled the statue down and dragged it for some distance. They ultimately paid to have the extensive damage repaired. |
