A customer enters the Big Bear store on Logan Street in Celina, as officials with Penn Traffic Co., which owns the chain, prepare to auction off some of its stores today. The auction is part of a federal bankruptcy court-ordered restructuring plan. The Celina stores, located at 725 W. Logan St. and at 901 E. Wayne St., currently are not on a list of those slated for auction today nor are they on a list of stores that the company has confirmed it will close by year’s end.
