Celina schools levy supporters wait it out at the Mercer County Courthouse on Tuesday night as poll results begin to filter in. At far right is levy campaign chairperson Robin Elston. Onlookers complained of the slow release of results, but Elections Director Toni Slusser said operations went smoothly. The switch to optical scan ballots caused a lag, which was compounded by a high precinct turnout, and a low number of poll workers on duty.
