| Dusty Campbell from Kids Play of Sharpsburg, Ga., digs a hole for a new piece of playground equipment for the Mercer County Head Start program, located in the Celina Education Complex on Livingston Street. New equipment is being added, as well as some of the existing equipment being refurbished. The playground renovation currently going on is being funded through a $32,000 Federal Head Start grant awarded in 2001. | ||||
