| There's something about a warm spring day that makes a ride with the top down especially inviting. Hannah Boate, 3, seems perfectly content to leave the driving to 41Ú2 -year-old Adam Knapke as he maneuvers a kid-sized Jeep Wrangler over sidewalks and lawns around Frankfort and West Fifth streets in Minster.
