| Prom finery, all worked in black, white and red duct tape, could win $2,500 college scholarships for New Knoxville High School seniors Laura Murphy and Jim Longley. The pair plan to model their creations during the traditional promenade set for 8 p.m. Friday. Some 60 hours of work were needed to make the floor-length gown, the tuxedo and multiple accessories in keeping with a national Stuck at the Prom competition.
