| A bright sun beats down on a trail being built by state park officials in West Bank Park south of the boat docks on West Bank Road. The park has been reopened for the season, and park officials hope to complete paving the trail by July. The non-motorized trail is more than 7,000 feet long and will be for walking, bicycling, skate boarding and skating, Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Manager Craig Morton said.
