Celina Police Chief Dave Slusser will be getting a new cruiser soon to add to the department's fleet. The effort of local officers in enforcing seat belt and impaired driving laws led to the department being chosen as one of the "Sweet 16" law enforcement agencies in the state and the winner of one of two cruisers given away Wednesday in Columbus.
