| Joe Huston, left, and Anthony Mowery, also from Celina West elementary, were part of the estimated 220 youths who attended the 13th annual Special Kids Fishing Derby sponsored by the nonprofit Lake Improvement Association and Grand Lake St. Marys State Park. The event is for youths with mental and physical developmental disabilities. Youths attending get a free lunch of hot dogs, cookies and drinks. Almost 140 volunteers helped bait the youths' fishing hooks and reel the fish in. Purchase this as a quality photograph | ||||||||
