| Firefighters and law enforcement officers check a vehicle following an accident at 1:53 p.m. July 6 at the intersection of state Route 219 and Coldwater Creek Road. David J. Bertke, 16, 362 W. Main St., St. Henry, failed to come to a complete stop while southbound on Coldwater Creek Road, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office personnel. He drove into the intersection where his car was struck by an eastbound pickup truck driven by Roland J. Hausfeld, 69, 40 S. Jefferson St., Minster.
