| Raggedy Ann and her neighbor the scarecrow wait patiently for the judges to arrive during the costume contest at the state park in St. Marys on Saturday. Ava Rowley, 2, of Piqua, (Raggedy Ann) took first place in the youngest division. Scarecrow Alyssa Keeler, 4, of Piqua, didn't win the contest but had fun participating with hundreds of others in trick or treating following the contest.
