| Dump trucks line up on Ash Street, in Celina as the first layer of asphalt is applied Monday morning to the reconstructed road surface. The rebuilding of the route, which includes three blocks of south Ash Street and one block of Logan Street between Market and Ash Streets was expected to be completed in mid-November.
