| | It was a perfect picnic afternoon Wednesday and two Spencerville women and their dogs, Snoopy and Boyd, headed for East Bank Park in St. Marys. They said the dogs love to ride in the car and Grand Lake is just the right distance from home for the two pups to travel. The colorful leaves and warm temperature, predicted at a high of 69 today and Friday, make the perfect condition for outdoor activities.
