Celina High School seniors Joel Trisel and Eric Hertenstein, playing Papageno and Prince Tamino, sing during the dress rehearsal of Mozart's "Magic Flute" on Tuesday. The folk opera is being performed by the high school vocal department at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday in the Celina Education Complex auditorium on Livingston Street. The show is a tale of a bird character and a prince's quest for true love. First produced in 1791, the show has become one of the most famous and enjoyable operas of all time, director Dave VanTilburg wrote. Advance tickets can be purchased by calling 419-586-8300, ext. 1200, or at the door.
