| | Snow-covered streets led to an accident, shown above, at 5:08 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Main and Touvelle streets. Celina Patrolman Andy Regedanz braves the elements to record details of the crash involving a car driven by Adam G. Hoyng, 16, 217 W. Forest St., Celina, and a Jeep driven by Khabibullo Khudoynazarov, 28, 206 Dogwood Drive, Celina. Hoyng was taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater, where he was treated then released. Khudoynazarov, who was northbound on Main, failed to stop for a red light and struck the eastbound car. He received a citation.
