Icicles hang from the roof of a Coldwater building this week as temperatures remain below freezing across the Grand Lake area. Hopefully area residents will see more rain than ice as another winter storm system passes through the area beginning this afternoon. Up to four more inches of snow could possibly fall in the local area by late Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
