Fog rises across Grand Lake this morning over several areas of partially-frozen water along Lake Shore Drive. Temperatures dropped to a chilly 11 degrees overnight with a high of 31 expected today. Tonight won't be quite as cold with a low of 22 predicted, followed by a high Friday of 35 degrees, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick.
