A beautiful orange cast bounces off Grand Lake along West Bank Road early Monday morning as the sun begins to rise. Although the sun's power was strong, brisk winds made the high of 30 degrees feel much colder. Today's high temperature will be 35 with peaks of sunshine, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick.
