Fort Recovery house fire

Firefighters from Southwest Mercer Fire Department work around a crawl space at the home of Rick and Missy Jutte, 1355 Wourms Road, Fort Recovery, on Thursday afternoon. Missy Jutte called 911 at 1:48 p.m. to report fire coming from heating vents. An ambulance responded to the scene to check Jutte, who is reportedly pregnant, and a young child who were in the house at the time. The fire was contained to a crawl space but the rest of the home was damaged by smoke. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
