| | Heralding the first day of spring today are crocus blooms and budding hyacinths. But Mother Nature isn't playing along. The weather forecast includes snow and a high of 33 degrees for Tuesday. The National Weather Service, Wilmington, has issued a snow advisory from 11 p.m. tonight until 7 p.m. Tuesday. Later this week, temperatures will range from the 20s to the low 40s. Snow with below freezing temperatures can bring icy bridges and overpasses, warns the NWS.
