| | Fred Buening, an employee at Moeller Trucking Inc. of Maria Stein, applies a new decal to one of the semitrailers at the business on Thursday. The decals, being distributed to commercial vehicle companies and drivers by the Wapakoneta post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, are a warning to all motorists -- particularly commercial truck drivers -- to buckle up. Any area businesses that wish to join the seat belt initiative and receive the decals for their commercial vehicles should call the Motor Carrier Enforcement office in Troy at 937-335-6517.
