| | A portable water tank was set up to help fight a barn fire Wednesday at the farm of John Seger, 14854 Mendenhall Road in Osgood. The tank was filled several times with water from a pond on a nearby farm. Personnel from 12 fire departments responded to the rural fire, including Seger, who is a firefighter with the Osgood Fire Department and was in the firehouse when the call came in on the fire at his barn.
