| | The first traffic and criminal arraignments were held Wednesday at the new St. Marys facility for the Auglaize County Municipal Court West. At left, Auglaize County Clerk of Courts Sue Ellen Kohler requests all rise for Judge Gary Herman's entrance. Present were deputy clerks, law enforcement officers, people paying tickets and awaiting arraignments. The court will be open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The facility will close from noon to 1 p.m. daily.
