| | Third-graders at Marion Local School, Maria Stein, released two butterflies on Thursday afternoon. The two butterflies were the last of more than a dozen butterflies observed through the stages of metamorphosis. Teacher Paul Mizer said the class didn't expect these two to hatch, but on Thursday morning two butterflies emerged from the castaway cocoons.
