MERCER COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Mercer County Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 6:00 P.M. at the Jefferson Township House, 7171 Havemann Road, Celina, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Charles W. Watson, III, for a conditional use permit to conduct a home occupation at 2507 Shore Street, Celina, Ohio. This is proposed on Lot 4, Jackson Subdivision, in Jefferson Township, Mercer County, Ohio.

MERCER COUNTY BID NOTICE
BEAVER CREEK EROSION CONTROL
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners for furnishing all labor, material and equipment in constructing erosion control along the Beaver Creek located in Sections 1 and 2, Washington Township, Mercer County, Ohio. Project includes 6,587 tons of "Type C" rock channel protection.
Bids must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Mercer County Commissioners, located at the Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2018, at which time they will be opened.
Plans, specifications and bid forms can be obtained by contacting the Mercer County Engineer's Office, located at 4884 Mud Pike, Celina, Ohio 45822 (Phone: 419-586-7759).
Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
A contract will be awarded on a unit price basis to the lowest and best bidder.
The awarding agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the agency's advantage.

The 2017 Annual Financial Report for Gibson Township is complete and available for public inspection, at the request of the Fiscal Officer.
The Trustees of Gibson Township will hold regular monthly meetings at 8:00 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month, at the Gibson Township House.
