The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following requests:
The item for review is a request by Joseph Bey of 530 Morton Street for a variance to construct a single family home on an empty lot at 826 Sycamore St. Owner would like to have house facing Morton Street, due to width of lot. Lot previously had a house and was demolished. Owner needs a variance for setbacks cannot be reached according to zoning for R-2.

MERCER COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Mercer County Board of Zoning Appeals on July 31, 2018, at 6:00 P.M. at the Jefferson Township House, 7171 Havemann Road, Celina, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Daniel Hesseling for a variance to allow and accessory building in a front yard at 308 Harbor Point Drive, on Lots 97 and 98 of Harbor Point Addition, Jefferson Township, Mercer County, Ohio.
Application by Richard and Christine Jones for a variance to allow an accessory building on a lot with no principal residence, and setback requirements for that accessory building, with an approximate address of 1203 Harbor Point Drive, on Parcel 54-37 in Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 3 East, Jefferson Township, Mercer County, Ohio.

CENTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing will be held before the Center Township Board of Zoning Appeals on July 23, 2018, at 7:30 P.M. at the Center Township House, 8070 U.S. Route 33, Celina, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
Application by Randy Rolfes for a variance from side and rear yard setback requirements for an accessory building at 6137 Howick Road, Celina, Ohio, in Section 19 of Township 5 South, Range 3 East, of Center Township, Mercer County, Ohio.

The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on July 18 at 6:15 p.m. for Lisa Knapke, 6130 St. Rt. 49, Fort Recovery, Ohio, for an addition to an existing building. This addition would be 64 feet off the centerline of Pine Road versus the required 75 feet from the centerline of Pine Road.
The hearing will be held at the township hall located at 1474 St. Anthony Road, Coldwater, Ohio.
