This notice is to inform you that the Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 6th day of July, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina.
The application, submitted by The Reigelsperger Family Trust, seeks the approval of a Variance Request for the property located at 5041 Lake Vista Lane, Celina, OH.
Section 1127:46 of the Zoning Code requires a rear yard set-back of 20'. The applicant is seeking a Variance of 10' in the rear yard set-back for the construction of a store and lock building on the property.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for a variance has been submitted by Kyle Rutschilling, to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 727 Lilac Drive, Coldwater OH.
Applicant requests a Variance as per Section IV - Use Regulations of Zoning Ordinance No. 1761 for the Village of Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing an 8' x 16' addition to the east side of the home. The proposed addition will exceed the maximum allowable building space and encroach on the side yard setback which will require a Variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notification of adjacent property owners. Any such property owner may submit written objections to the office of the Village Manager at 610 West Sycamore Street, Coldwater, OH 45828. Written objections must be received prior to the Board of Appeals Meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Any person may attend this public meeting and speak for or against this application.

The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810), medium intensity flashing dual (white/red) strobe lights.
