CARTHEGENA - It was a great battle on Saturday morning at the Mercer County Elks for the individual and team championships at the Jordan Moeller Memorial boys golf tournament.

NEW BREMEN - Mitchell Hoying, a 17-year-old boy who ran away early Thursday morning from his rural New Bremen home and allegedly took a pickup truck and guns belonging to his grandparents, has been apprehended in Campbell County, Tenn.
