| Skaters seem to glide across the lawn at Osgood State Bank in Chickasaw as a snowman doffs his hat at passing motorists. The lighted figures are part of an elaborate holiday display sponsored by Buschur Electric of Minster. Each year the business hosts a drawing for clients it has served during the year.
