Notice is hereby given that the City of Celina intends to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit municipal personal property by internet auction during 2024. Any auction sales shall be conducted under the authority and direction of the City of Celina Safety-Service Director. Such internet auction sales shall be conducted by way of GovDeals.com internet auction services. Bidding shall remain open for not less than 10 days, terms of payment will be collected through Gov Deals by PayPal, credit card or wire transfer, and payment in full must be received before the date of delivery to the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all acts and expenses associated with the delivery of such items so purchased.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is a request by Peel's Pit Stop of 1909 Havemann Road requesting a site plan approval to add a 24'x8' "ice house" to their property. It will be for the sale of ice. Current zoning is B-3.
The second item is a request from Matthew Hibner of Garman Miller for Celina City Schools for a site plan for a new school facility on E. Wayne St. Current zoning is R-1.
