The Village of St. Henry will receive sealed bids for the Columbus Street Reconstruction Project.
Bids will be received in the Village of St. Henry Council Chambers, 121 W. Washington St., St. Henry, OH 45883, until 1:00 p.m. (local time), September 22, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 1:00 p.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received at a unit price as outlined in the bid documents.
The Columbus Street Reconstruction project consists of the reconstruction of the East end of Columbus Street. Included are waterline, storm sewer, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and street improvements. Also included is the milling and resurfacing of another portion of Columbus Street.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in the provided envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Mercer County and the Village of St. Henry as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.
The Bidding Documents, which include Maps, Specifications and Blank Bid forms, may be examined and obtained at the office of Access Engineering Solutions, 1200 Irmscher Boulevard, Suite B., Celina, OH 45822. Bidders may obtain copies of the documents with the cost of $25.00 for electronic copy and $70.00 for paper copy. The paper documents will be shipped at Bidder's expense for an additional $15.00 shipping fee. Non-refundable checks are to be payable to Access Engineering Solutions, LLC. BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM BIDDERS LISTED ON THE ENGINEER'S OFFICIAL LIST OF PLAN HOLDERS.

The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities, irregularities and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Bids for the 2026 Water Extensions project will be received by the Village of Fort Recovery at the Village Hall, 201 S. Main Street, Fort Recovery, OH 45846, until Friday, August 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The construction of new water main on 1st Street and S.R. 119 in the Village of Fort Recovery.

The Mercer County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Suhr-Freeman-Carmel Church Road Tile Main Replacement Project, which includes the replacement of several tile mains starting north of Carmel Church Road & west of Now Road to the start of the tile main. The project is located in Hopewell Township, Sections 30 & 31, Jefferson 31 Mercer County, Ohio, 0.4 miles west of Now Road and 0.5 miles north of Carmel Church Road.
Bids will be received in the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 W. Livingston Street, Rm. A201, Celina, OH 45822 until 10:00 a.m. (local time), August 20, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as outlined in the bid documents.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Mercer County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the Mercer County Commissioner's advantage.
No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided in section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code.
