To: Alissa Neer, Mother of the child Aleena Neer, D.O.B. 05/04/2026 and any Unknown/Unnamed Father, Father of the child Aleena Neer, D.O.B 05/04/2026, child of Alissa Neer.

The Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services has filed a Complaint regarding the child in the above captioned case. The Motion requests that Temporary Custody of the child be granted to the Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services.

Alissa Neer and any Unknown/Unnamed Father are to be personally present in the Mercer County Juvenile Court, Mercer County Courthouse, 101 North Main Street, Rm. 307, Celina, OH 45822 at 1:00 P.M. on May 21, 2026. Should they fail to appear at that time they may lose valuable rights with regard to the child. Their attention is directed to the following notice.
